Over 25 Reasons to Send a Hand Made Card

I have heard from some of my customers that they don't give a lot of Hand Made Cards. They lead busy lives and the occasion will come up on them too quickly. There isn't enough time to plan and make the  card, so they end up buying one.

I am here to help you with a List of Occasions to give Cards that happen throughout the year. Print of this list and when you get the chance to unwind, play and make some cards, you will have occasions in mind. This will take the stress out of making a card. I always draw a plank when I am under the gun to create a card. It kind of takes the fun out of it.

When you come up with a card that you absolutely love, make more then one of it. Some images, like Flowers, go with more then one occasion; therefore you can make more then one of that card and just change sentiments. A lot of our Stamps Sets have a number of sayings, in the same style, size and fonts, that cover a variety of occasions.

I put the extra cards away until the occasion arrive. I leave the inside blank, so I can put a special message to the person that I am giving it to. This tip is very useful, especially when it comes to the passing of a love one. I always keep a lot of Sympathy Cards on hand. This occasion is usually sudden and the Hand Made Card means so much the them.

Once you have, on hand, the cards for the general occasions, you can concentrate on the other occasions that you would like to send.
