Today I say good bye to a very good friend of mine, Kenny Roberts. I have known him for most of my life and was his Work Wife for 32 years. He LOVED to fish and hunt and spent his summers Bass Fishing. I think that he would have got a kick out of this card, but I hope it brings a smile and fond memories to Darlene, Kyle Evan and the rest of the Roberts family.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Fold Early Espresso Card Base; burnish crease with Bone Folder. The fold should be along to top. Set aside.
2. Ink up the Mountains from the Waterfront Stamp Set using the Garden Green. Stamp it towards the top 1/3 of the Watercolor Paper. Without reinking it, move it towards the right hand side and stamp it again. REINK the mountains again and stamp it on the left hand side of the already stamped mountain image. Without reinking it, move it towards the left hand side and stamp it again.
3. Ink up the Sun (Circle) from the Waterfront Stamp Set using the Daffodil Delight and stamp it above the mountains
4. Squeeze the closed Bermuda Bay Stamp Pad. This I’ll transfer ink to the inside of the lid. We are going to Watercolor the water. Fill up the middle painter with water and squeeze it gently to get the tip wet. Paint the water onto the Watercolor Paper. Go back to the Bermuda Bay Ink Pad and add a couple of drops of water to the ink in the lid. DO NOT add to the Pad itself. Mix the water and the ink together until you get the desired saturation. Paint the wet section of the Watercolor Paper. Set aside to dry.
5. Ink up the Dock using Soft Suede and stamp it on the Very Vanilla CS. Cut it out using the Dockside Die and Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. Squeeze the closed Soft Suede Stamp Pad. This I’ll transfer ink to the inside of the lid. Pick up the ink from the inside of the lid using a Blender Pen and colour the Dock and Rope. Colour the Seagull using Light Gray Granite Blend Marker. Position the Dock on the Watercolor Paper. Cut off what you don’t want using Paper Snips. Adhere it to the Watercolor Paper using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
6. Cut out the Grass and Bullrush using the Dockside Dies and the Garden Green CS. Repeat this process using the Early Espresso CS. Cut out the Bullrush only using the Paper Snips and glue it to the Garden Green Bullrush using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Adhere this layer to the Watercolor Paper using Multipurpose Liquid Glue
7. Ink up the fish using Soft Suede. Colour it using Dark Gray Granite Stampin’ Blends Marker. Colour it again using Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush.
8. Ink up the “With Love & Sympathy” from Itty Bitty Greetings using Soft Suede and stamp above the mountains.
9. Adhere the Watercolor Paper to the Early Espresso Card Base using Stampin’ Dimensionals
10. Decorate inside of Card with stamps/DSP as desired; decorate Envelope if you choose.
