This is the time of year that everyone does a lot of reading, so I thought that a Just Believe Book Mark would be the perfect Paper Craft item to make.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Cut a piece of Wild Wasabi Card Stock to measure 1 1/2" x 8 1/2".
2) Cut a piece of Pool Party Card Stock to measure 1 1/2" x 8 1/2". Punch it out using the Lace Ribbon Border Punch.
3) Cut a piece of Chocolate Chip 1/2" Scallop Dots Ribbon to measure 15" using the Paper Snips.
4) Weave the Chocolate Chip 1/2" Scallop Dots Ribbon through the punched out piece of Pool Party Card Stock. You want to make sure that you weave the Chocolate Chip 1/2" Scallop Dots Ribbon through the little rectangles in the patterns. The Chocolate Chip 1/2" Scallop Dots Ribbon has a Dot Pattern on one side and is Solid Colored on the other side. I am showing the solid side.
5) Turn the punched Pool Party Card Stock over and apply the SNAIL Adhesive to the Dot side of the Chocolate Chip 1/2" Scallop Dots Ribbon. Fold the Chocolate Chip 1/2" Scallop Dots Ribbon over adhere it to the existing Chocolate Chip 1/2" Scallop Dots Ribbon. This is to finish off the ends of the Chocolate Chip 1/2" Scallop Dots Ribbon.
6) Apply a strip of Sticky Strip the entire length of the punched Pool Party Card Stock with the Chocolate Chip 1/2" Scallop Dots Ribbon woven through it.
7) Remove the orange plastic protection from the Sticky Strip and adhere these layers to the Wild Wasabi 1 1/2" x 8 1/2" Card Stock.
8) Take a piece of scrap Whisper White Card Stock and stamp the bold circular Flowers from the Just Believe Stamp Set using Wild Wasabi Classic Stampin' Pad.
9) To get a muted look for the Flowers, you take the
Pool Party Stampin' Write Marker and scribble a little bit onto the top of a margarine container top (white side). Pick up the Pool Party color using the Blender Pen and color the Flowers. If you want the Flowers to be more intense in color, then use the Pool Party Stampin' Write Marker directly on the Flowers.
10) Using the 1 3/8" Circle Punch, punch out the stamped Flower.
11) Take a piece of scrap Chocolate Chip Card Stock and punch it using the 1 3/4" Scallop Circle Punch.
12) Apply the Sticky Strip to the back of the punched Whisper White stamped Flower. Then adhere it to the punched out Chocolate Chip 1 3/4" Scallop Circle.
13) To apply the Scallop Circle layer onto the Book Mark, you apply 4 Stampin' Dimensionals to the Book Mark and then adhere the Scallop Circle. This way you won't have any Stampin' Dimensionals showing and sticking to the pages of your book.
